A commercial manager can purchase licenses by creating license groups, renewing license groups or upgrading license groups
Create License Groups
Through the Dashboard page, select the button Create License Group
(Optional) Set a different license group label than the default one set
Select the duration for the License Group
Select the variant of the product you would need for the License Group
Select the number of Engineering Nodes to purchase
Select the number of SW Testing Nodes to purchase and their platforms
Select the number of HW Testing Nodes to purchase and their platforms
The total price should appear on the right column
After purchasing the licenses an email should be sent with the generated quote
If a discount has been discussed with our sales department, please contact sales@embotech.com to request the application of the discount and receive a new quote.
Please upload the Purchase Order after it has been created
The purchase will be reviewed and approved by our licensing department
In case the cost of the purchase is 0, there will be no quote and the process will be forwarded to the approval step
After the uploaded documents have been approved an email will be sent notifying that the license group has been created and is ready for use
Additionally, an invoice will be generated and sent via email in order to be used for the payment for the licenses
Renew License Groups
Through the Dashboard page, select the license group to renew
Press the button Renew at the top right in the page of the selected license group
Select the period for renewal
The total price should appear on the right column
After purchasing the licenses an email should be sent with the generated quote
If a discount has been discussed with our sales department, please contact sales@embotech.com to request the application of the discount and receive a new quote.
Please upload the Purchase Order after it has been created
The purchase will be reviewed and approved by our licensing department

Enlarge License Groups
Through the Dashboard page, select the license group to enlarge
Press the button Add more licenses at the top right in the page of the selected license group. The enlargement will not affect the expiry date of the license group. The quotation considers the remaining valid period of your license group
Select the number of Engineering Nodes to purchase
Select the number of SW Testing Nodes to purchase and their platforms
Select the number of HW Testing Nodes to purchase and their platforms
The total price should appear on the right column

Through the Dashboard page, select the license group to upgrade
Press the button Upgrade at the top right in the page of the selected license group
Select the new product variant to upgrade to. The upgrade will not affect the expiry date of the license group. The quotation considers the remaining valid period of your license group
The total price should appear on the right column
